FAQs and how to reach us
How do I roll more than one group of dice?
Tap the + button in the top-left of the roll bar to add a new dice group, or long-press it to jump straight into the group editor. Each group gets its own die type, count, and colour, and every group rolls at the same time when you hit the roll button.
How do I set a pass/fail threshold?
Tap a dice group to open its editor, then turn on Pass / Fail threshold and drag the slider to your target number. Any die in that group landing on or above the threshold is marked as a pass.
How do custom dice work?
Open the Custom tab to build your own dice — set a name, colour, and as many faces as you like, each with its own label and optional numeric value. This is how things like Blood Bowl block dice or Necromunda ammo dice are set up. Once created, a custom die can be added to any group from the group editor.
Can I check back on a roll after it's landed?
Yes — tap the clock icon in the roll bar to see your last few rolls. You can even adjust the threshold on a past roll to see how the pass/fail count would have changed.
What's included for free, and what does the unlock give me?
Free use includes up to 3 saved configurations and 1 custom die. The one-time unlock removes both limits so you can save as many setups and custom dice as you like.
I purchased the unlock but it's not showing on a new device — what do I do?
Open the Store tab and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your Apple ID's purchase history and re-applies the unlock without charging you again.
Does Fast Dice work offline?
Yes. Rolling dice, saving configurations, and building custom dice all work fully offline — the app has no server and doesn't need a connection, except for the App Store purchase flow itself.
